Waiting Lists

Every program we operate has a waiting list. The time you may be on the waiting list varies from program to program and egibile preferences. Waiting lists are required because there are more persons who need rental assistance than available resources.

PUBLIC HOUSING: On this program, you are waiting for an available apartment. It is hard for us to determine when apartments will be available because we never know for sure when families will no longer need our assistance.

Based on our history we are able to provide an estimate that your wait time for this program will be from the day you apply:
