Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)

In light of the spread of coronavirus and for the safety of all tenants, clients, and HACO employees, HACO has determined to temporarily work through email and utilize the telephone to communicate and process tenant paperwork and concerns.  

The office lobby will be closed to the public starting March 17, 2020.  HACO will provide a Drop Box in the office vestibule to collect documentation and rent.  This Drop Box will be available during normal business hours and will be checked periodically throughout the day. Staff will respond expeditiously to provide necessary communication to insure tenants are served timely.  In addition, documentation may be faxed to 801.627.6012 or mailed through the postal service to:

Ogden Housing Authority, 1100 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah 84404

If you need to report changes, submit an application, or provide other requested documentation please utilize the Drop Box in the vestibule.

If you have received a letter to update please utilized the forms located on the vestibule wall labeled Update (Green and White forms)

Please use the Drop Box in the vestibule for rent payment.

During this time the office lobby will not be open to the public. Staff has been instructed to be responsive to phone calls and emails and respond expeditiously within the same business day.

We apologize for any inconvenience; however, in light of the seriousness and impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) we will follow this temporary form of conducting business in an effort to mitigate the potential spread and exposure of this virus.

A Staff Directory is located next to the Drop Box to include a note pad to convey a message to staff. Directory is also attached.
